3. Services Description
IdentityRM™, operated by Evolved Identity Solutions LLC, provides an Authority Governance platform that enables hierarchical identity management, access governance, auditability, and AI-assisted administration. IdentityRM™ is not an identity provider and does not authenticate users. Authentication and primary identity lifecycle remain the responsibility of Customer's identity providers.

- Configuring roles, permissions, policies, and approval workflows
- All actions performed by its users, administrators, and AI Agents
- Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing data protection and security
- Ensuring AI Agents operate within intended authority and scope
- Implementing and maintaining industry best practice security architectures within its infrastructure
- Deploying and maintaining appropriate security controls, including but not limited to Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), network segmentation, access controls, logging, and monitoring
- Handling all data within its environment in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements
- Conducting regular penetration testing and security assessments of all software, systems, and integrations used within its environment, including any custom MCP Tools or third-party integrations
5. Authorized Use & Restrictions
Customer may use the Services solely for lawful internal business purposes and strictly in accordance with the applicable IdentityRM™ License Agreement and any Order Form or subscription agreement executed between the parties. Customer's use of the Services must adhere to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth in the IdentityRM™ License Agreement.
Customer shall not:
- Circumvent or disable security or permission controls
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except as expressly permitted by applicable law
- Exceed licensed usage limits or permitted deployment scope defined in the IdentityRM™ License Agreement
6. AI Agents & Autonomous Actions
The Services may enable AI Agents to perform actions strictly within Customer-defined permissions.
Customer acknowledges that:
- AI Agents may act autonomously if Customer enables such functionality
- Evolved Identity Solutions LLC does not determine the business correctness or appropriateness of actions
- Decision traces and audit records reflect system evaluations, not legal or compliance advice
Customer is solely responsible for enabling, supervising, or disabling autonomous behavior.

Where permitted by Customer's subscription:
- Customer may deploy custom MCP Tools
- Customer retains responsibility for the logic, outputs, security posture, and consequences of such tools
- IdentityRM™ provides governance, permission enforcement, and auditability only
- Customer shall not override, alter, interfere with, or circumvent core platform controls, execution safeguards, permission enforcement logic, or security mechanisms (including through runtime modification, unauthorized code injection, interception, tampering, or other techniques sometimes informally referred to as "monkey patching")
- All custom MCP Tools and integrations must comply with the security, infrastructure, and regulatory obligations set forth in Section 4 (Customer Responsibilities)
Evolved Identity Solutions LLC disclaims liability for Customer-authored code, runtime alterations, or third-party integrations.
8. Identity Data & Audit Logs
- IdentityRM™ records immutable audit events and decision traces by design
- Audit records may include snapshots of identity context at the time of action
- Customer controls retention, export, and regulatory usage of audit data
Audit data is provided "as-is" for informational, operational, and compliance-support purposes.
9. Security & Compliance

Customer shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
